Professor Kathy Sykes investigates traditional healing. Millions of
people use meditation to heal their bodies and minds. Some scientists
say it can alter the structure of our minds. Kathy journeys to a town
in Iowa, where children meditate every day at school. She discovers
Yogic Flying. Back in the UK, Kathy meets Professor Mark Williams, an
NHS doctor who prescribes meditation to treat depression.
